Virtual Counselling

As the world is changing and the ability to come in for in-person counselling sessions is not always possible, counselling services have evolved to meet these changing needs. Virtual sessions are done via a secure platform and can be used with the video future either on or off. Therapists have noticed an increase in patients seeking help using this medium. Many clients are wondering if virtual counselling is effective – not only is virtual therapy as effective as in-person sessions, but there are many added benefits.

Relationship Counselling

Too often couples wait for a complete breakdown of their relationship before getting help. Don’t wait for your relationship to be at its end before getting the support you need. Statistics continue to show the increasing number of divorces in our society, which tells us that all couples, even those that feel satisfied in their relationship, would benefit from putting in that extra effort to keep their marriage strong.

Individual Counselling

Maybe it’s to increase our self awareness, work on some self improvement, or support in managing and overcoming one of life’s hurdles. Whatever it is that has you looking for support, I can help.Counselling will help you identify and address factors that are stopping you from living the life you want and making the changes you want to see.

Family Counselling

Family counselling with a skilled, independent, third party can often provide an opportunity for all family members to be heard in a safe, non-threatening manner. Learning skills for family meetings, establishing family rules, and consistent follow through are invaluable for family success.

Child Counselling

Together with the family, I work with children to support them through any difficulties they are having. Through a systematic approach I help address family dynamics, explore the parent-child relationship, and the home environment to help your child overcome

Reproductive Counselling

One Oak provides counselling and emotional support to women and their partners through conception, pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Through a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, you will be able to explore and resolve any personal distress and make sense of the feelings you are struggling with.

Workshops for Couples

Workplace Wellness Workshops

Show your team that you value their mental health and self care by having a skilled, empathetic and experienced professional connect with your team. Workshop sizes can vary from small to big groups and from in-person to virtual.
