As a BIPOC counsellor, creating safe, inclusive spaces where clients feel valued is my priority. My therapeutic toolkit encompasses various modalities like Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Through genuine connection and collaborative exploration, I support clients in achieving personal growth and positive change. Beyond counselling, I enjoy exploring meditation, philosophy, and culinary adventures, enriching my understanding of the human experience.
