I believe our mental health has a huge impact on our daily lives, our ability to function, and to feel happy and fulfilled. As your counsellor, I take a non-judgmental, collaborative, and strength-based approach to your Treatment Plan and goals, working together to help you become the best version of yourself, despite the negative life experiences that may be trying to hold you back.
Years Of Experience

For the last decade, I have worked in family law, specializing in high-conflict child abuse and domestic violence cases. I have a thorough knowledge of our laws and the struggles people may face when navigating our judicial system.
In 2019 I founded a support group for survivors of sexual abuse and their families. As a trauma survivor, I am passionate about helping clients endure and overcome their challenges so that their story is one of survivorship. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and as an avid nature and plant lover too, I welcome opportunities to incorporate animal and green therapy into my work with clients.
I have successfully worked with and supported a diverse clientele, including children, youth, adults, and couples, struggling with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, OCD, transgenderism, relationship problems, eating disorders and addiction.
I embrace diversity and our individuality and am honoured to work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalized groups.
