Hi, I’m Aditi a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. I work with individuals, couples, and families, with a special passion for supporting BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent communities. My practice often centres on identity, belonging, relationships, trauma, and life transitions, and I strive to create space that honours the complexity of each person’s lived experience.
I draw primarily from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Existential perspectives, while also integrating Somatic and grounding practices that invite connection to the body and a sense of safety in the present moment.

Holding intersecting identities in a world that doesn’t always reflect or affirm them can feel layered and isolating. In therapy, I aim to create a space of curiosity, compassion, and connection, where healing is supported through relationships, understanding, and community.
My hope is to offer a supportive, affirming space where you can feel seen as you explore your stories, reconnect with your strengths, and imagine new possibilities for yourself and your relationships
